Smaller organisations are lucky if they have staff who know enough to deal competently with IT issues. More often they adopt a 'fingers crossed' approach or buy peace of mind with a costly one-size-fits-all service contract.

We offer cost-effective pay as you go on-site training that will enable even a moderate technophobe to handle common tasks such as:

• troubleshooting common computer and printer problems
• backing up vital company data on a regular basis
• maintaining software updates
• using Office software packages
  
• troubleshooting elementary networking issues including broadband
• maintaining an Active Directory (Windows Server)
  

The level of training is appropriate to your IT setup. If you've yet to acquire a network and are simply worried about backing up data or getting the best out of your Office software then we'll focus on that. Ours is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Don't worry if you find yourself out of your depth with some issue at a later date; we are always there as a reserve in case you need more help.
